Discover the places you never knew you were looking for. Woolander is a playful, community-powered travel discovery experience built around a simple promise: Fall in love with somewhere new.

Woolander invites users to explore places, solve location challenges, discover stories, track their progress, and connect with a community of curious travelers.

Woolander is designed for entertainment, discovery, and educational purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Woolander.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service where such permission is required.

Some Woolander features may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

You may be able to create or access your account using a third-party authentication service such as Google. Your use of that authentication service is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to access another user's account.

You may use Woolander for lawful, personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Woolander for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Woolander, another user's account, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or extract substantial portions of the Service without our permission
• Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or organization
• Use Woolander in a manner that infringes the rights of others

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect Woolander or its users.

Woolander presents travel destinations, photographs, clues, stories, maps, geographic information, and other content for discovery and entertainment.

Although we try to provide useful and accurate information, travel conditions change. Information concerning destinations, accessibility, transportation, safety, operating hours, admission requirements, laws, weather, or other conditions may become outdated or inaccurate.

Woolander is not a travel agency and does not guarantee the availability, safety, accessibility, or suitability of any destination.

You are responsible for independently evaluating travel information and making your own travel decisions.

Woolander and its original content, design, branding, graphics, software, game mechanics, text, characters, logos, interfaces, and other materials are owned by Woolander or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, where applicable, the Woolander name, visual identity, Wooty character, travel discovery experience, and associated creative materials.

Subject to these Terms, Woolander grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Woolander intellectual property to you.

Certain photographs, maps, information, links, or other materials may originate from or be provided by third parties.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owners or providers.

Woolander is not responsible for third-party websites or services that may be accessible through the Service.

Woolander may allow you to share achievements, discoveries, profiles, progress, or other information and may provide features that allow users to connect with other travelers.

You are responsible for information you choose to share.

Do not use social or sharing features to harass others, distribute unlawful content, impersonate another person, violate another person's privacy, or otherwise misuse the Service.

We may remove content or restrict use of social features when reasonably necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of Woolander.

We are continually developing Woolander.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that Woolander or any particular feature will always be available or operate without interruption or error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woolander is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties that the Service will always be accurate, available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woolander and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Woolander is not responsible for losses, injuries, expenses, or other consequences resulting from travel decisions made based on information presented through the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using Woolander at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security or legal risks, or engage in conduct that could harm Woolander or its users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as Woolander evolves.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. Continued use of Woolander after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
